Finger waves? Pincurls? I even watched tutorials on youtube because the websites with written directions may as well have been Greek. Can we do an 80s style Shakespeare play next year? How about 90s grunge? Those looks are easy for me. I went blonde to be a twin--I'd get a spiral perm for an 80s Shakespeare production!
